I noticed a new feature was added to Gmail these days.. As shown in the image (click to enlarge) if you recive any attachemsnt that matches Google's "Docs and Spreadsheets" service, a link to open this attachement directly in the latter service is provided besides the "view" link and before the "download" option..
I really was happy, specialy that I am using a new Linux distribution "SUSE" and some of my firends send me arabic word files that I can't read directly now on my desktop for some configuration issues, so I open them directly on my Google Account.

وحيث أنني حولت نظام التشغيل الخاص بي كليا إلى لينوكس، فقد كنت أواجه بعض المشاكل في قراءة الملفات العربية التي يرسلها لي أصدقائي مرفقة مع رسائلهم الالكترونية.. أما مع هذه الخدمة البسيطة وفرت علي الكثير
